💡 How to Use the Food Combo Builder
1. Understand Food Colors
Foods are color-coded by their primary stat: Health foods give the most HP (red heart), Stamina foods give the most stamina (yellow), Eitr foods fuel magic (purple), and Balanced foods give a mix of HP and stamina (green).
2. The Optimal Mix
For most situations, run 2 health foods + 1 stamina food. This gives you a deep HP pool to survive hits while maintaining stamina for attacks and dodging. For magic builds in Mistlands and beyond, swap one health food for an Eitr food.
3. Match Your Biome
Each biome unlocks stronger foods via new crafting stations. Eating Swamp-tier food in the Plains means you'll get one-shot. Always upgrade your food alongside your armor — food determines your HP pool.
4. Don't Forget Meads
Meads don't take a food slot — they're consumed separately. Poison Resistance Mead is mandatory in the Swamp. Frost Resistance for Mountains. Fire Resistance Barley Wine for Yagluth and Fader. Always bring the right mead for your biome and boss fight.
